In last 5 days of menstrual cycle menstration is occur means the blood of rupture endometrium is thrown out of the body. The menstruation does not occur is women are pregnent or because of poor health. In each menstrual cycle ovum is relese, when this ovum is not fertilise by an sperm then the menstruation occur.
